One of several camping areas around Lake Greely. This is a good alternative to the state park campground at Crater of Diamonds, which is about 20 minutes away. There are some steep hills in both campgrounds and tight turns so larger rigs beware. Cell signal with Verizon was good for streaming. Online reservations can be made at arrival with recreation.gov. Sites are W/E for $20 or W/E/S for $22. There are also a few tent sites for $16.
