Near Seward without the crowds. This lovely little campground has about 16 sites. Most are reservable but about 4 or 5 are FCFS. We wound up here after getting skunked at nearby Trail River and I'm glad we did. For one thing, Verizon service was good enough for streaming most of the time, which was a nice surprise. It would go down for a few minutes here and there but never for very long. There is a nearby creek where you can fish for Dolly Varden and Rainbow trout and Seward is only 30 minutes away. It's also cheaper than the campgrounds at Seward and other national forest campgrounds in the area.
