Wifi intermittent but usually good enough for streaming, site 21 has very difficult layout in a corner. 25 foot hose not enough to reach spigot (leaking when on as well). Power for 30 amps but low voltage. Protector tripped multiple times when trying to use heat pump or water heater. Could not use these appliances on a supposed 30 amp connection. Sewer connection would require extension. We did not use it, despite paying for 3 services we only had power and that was substandard. Ground was soggy and soft. Many full timers with campers that did not appear to have moved in years or even be moveable. Was quoted 285 for 7 nights plus taxes and charged 327 total so taxes must be rather high in Quebec for this type of business. Would not return here or recommend. Close to grocery stores and bus stop within a kilometer. Road noise not too bad but present. 30 minute drive to city of Montreal. Owner was rude and unhelpful. Long term neighbors unwelcoming.
